3. Описание и назначение:
Вспененный силиконовый герметик ВПГ-300М применяется для герметизации, элекро- и виброзащиты элементов радиоэлектронной аппаратуры, а также для заполнения зазоров и швов, больших объемов. Смесь очень часто используется в аэрокосмическом производстве.
4. Свойства материала, технические характеристики:
- Средство устойчиво к ударам, вмешательству влаги, температурам от -110°С до +300°С.
- Не стоек к воздействию топлива и растворителей.
- Вещество имеет положительную адгезию с разными веществами: металлическим сплавам (алюминиевым анодированным сплавам, титановым сплавам, нержавеющей стали и др.), неметаллическим материалам (кроме фторопласта и полиэтилена), а также применяется без подслоя.
5. Цвет и внешний вид покрытия:
Вещество собирается с помощью разных элементов, которые после соединения вулканизируются до материала, похожего на резину, белого цвета с мелкопористой текстурой.
6. Применяемые растворители/Комплектность:
Вещество поставляется в наборе и состоит из 3 компонентов:
- Элемент №1 – паста ВПГ-300М
- Элемент №2 – вспенивающий агент
- Элемент №3 – катализатор
7. Нанесение материала:
После смешения части активны около получаса. Имеет хорошие заливочные свойства до полутора часов.
