Герметик ВГФ-2 (Топливостойкий, силиконовый)
1. Нормативная документация:
Промышленный выпуск герметика ВГФ-2 осуществляется в соответствии с ТУ 38.303-04-04-90 и согласно ОСТ 1 90255-88. Равнозначными дополнительным торговыми именованиями являются «Фторсилоксановый герметик ВГФ-2», «Топливостойкий силиконовый герметик ВГФ-2». Различают несколько похожих марок герметиков данного класса: кроме ВГФ-2 выпускаются ВГФ-1 и ВГФ-2М.
2. Краткое описание, назначение
Силиконовый герметик ВГФ-2 относится к группе фторсилоксановых составов, которые предназначены для герметизации внутренних и внешних швов соединений металлических элементов, отсеков, штепсельных разъемов при подаче, перекачке, транспортировке, хранении топлива категории Т-5, Т-6 и нафтила. Температурный диапазон применения герметика от -60 до 250 градусов.
3. Технические характеристики, эксплуатационные свойства
Силиконовый герметик ВГФ-2 предназначен для герметизации внутренних и внешних швов металлический соединений, отсеков и штепсельных разъемов при работе в среде топлива категории Т-5, Т-6 и «нафтила». Представляет собой пасту розового либо бледно-розового цвета без видимых посторонних включений. Он имеет достаточно долгую жизнеспособность, которая варьируется в течение 3 – 10 часов. Чтобы повысить уровень жизнеспособности, в отдельных случаях, можно снизить дозировку катализатора, приводящего герметик в резиноподобное вещество. Отличается повышенной прочностью, он устойчив к любым механическим нагрузкам. Имеет 100% удлинение в момент разрыва, что говорит о высоком качестве. Не обладает адгезионными свойствами к металлам, поэтому для повышения адгезии следует применять с подслоем П-12э. Твердость по шкале Шора А составляет не менее 40 условных единиц, что свидетельствует о том, что силикон имеет высокую твердость и не испытает пластической деформации из-за контакта с более твердым телом. Температурный диапазон применения от – 60 до 250 градусов. Следовательно, его можно использовать в любых атмосферных и климатических условиях.
4. Особенности применения
Для обеспечения герметичности перед добавлением основной пасты на участок соединения или шва необходимо нанести специальный подслой П-12Э. Для этого требуется очистить и обезжирить места нанесения будущего герметичного слоя. Обезжиривание можно провести при помощи бензина, спирта или ацетона. Нанесение на рабочие поверхности производится специальным шприцем на шов или при большой площади герметизации обычным шпателем. Для полного высыхания и формирования герметичного слоя требуется выдержать обработанную поверхность при температуре 23°С (± 2°С) в течение одних суток.

Полный комплект изделия включает три обязательных компонента:
- Паста ВФ-2
- Катализатор 230-15
- Подслой П-12Э
6. Упаковка, хранение
Реализуется герметик в стандартных емкостях разной вместимости – по 1, 2, 3 и 5 кг. В качестве материалов для тары могут использоваться полиэтилен, стекло или металл. Для хранения пасты герметика подойдут закрытые складские помещения с температурой воздуха в пределах от 30 до 0 °С. Дополнительные составы катализатора и подслоя обязательно хранятся в плотно закрытых емкостях при строгом соблюдении мер складирования огнеопасных материалов. Гарантийный срок, установленный производителем для всего комплекта, равен 12 месяцам с даты изготовления.
